How Blogging Helped Me Through The Pandemic. Hey everyone, I hope you are well. In today’s post, I will share with you how blogging helped me through the Pandemic. Lives have completely changed. No one knows how tomorrow may be like.
How Blogging helped me through the Pandemic
Ever since the pandemic started, my life been a roller-coaster of emotions. Everything that has happened has an impact on me. I lost my dream job, my family was in shambles, black lives matter protests, and the endears police brutality in back home Nigeria. I don’t know how we are still here. But we are, and I am very grateful to have a fresh start every morning.
I have to say blogging has been my support of survival during these challenging times. It has been a stress-free therapy for me. As a black, disabled single mum, I have worked extremely hard to get to where I am today. For me to lose my day job due to the pandemic was very heartbreaking. And you know, I did not have time to let my emotions out because I had to stay strong for my daughter. I got depressed because, you know, here I am, sitting at home, struggling to pay the bills, and there was nothing I could do about it as we were in Lockdown.
Through blogging, I have met a lot of people and learnt new skills as well. I have improved my researching skills, writing skills and communication skills. I am so glad that I have found this platform. Blogging has changed my life, and knowing that I am empowering my readers to live their lives has motivated me to keep going. It has helped with personal growth and made me more aware of what I did not know existed. With blogging, I have the whole wide around me, and it’s just a fantastic feeling.
