5 Things About Me

5 Things About Me. Hey everyone, I hope you are well. In today’s post, I will be sharing 5 things about me. As bloggers, I feel it’s a good and important thing to blog about ourselves, this way we can connect us our readers. So I just wanted to share 5 things about me. If we have anything in common, give a shout out and say Hayyyy!! And who knows, maybe we could be friends. I plan on doing an update to see if there are any changes about me in the next few years.

5 Things About Me

I Have A Big Family

I come from a big family background – I have 2 younger siblings, 2 older step-sisters and 10 other siblings, uncles, aunties, etc back home in Nigeria, West Africa. Sadly I haven’t been back home to visit in 15 years. But I plan to do so soon.

Beyhive

I am a huge Beyonce fan – #beyhive baby!! However, I do not own any of her albums, movies or products – how weird is that? But! My daughter’s name is inspired by her Alta ego ‘Sasha Fierce’. I also love reggae and dancehall music

All-natural beauty

I am a make-free type of woman unless I go out for special occasions, otherwise, you hardly see me with makeup. So do not expect anything regarding make-up and beauty post on the blog ( maybe skincare).

Independent

Where are all my independent women at?  I am a workaholic and an independent woman. I do not ask for anything, I’d rather do everything by myself. Although sometimes it is good to ask for help when I am stuck – I try to remember that.

Dance

I love dancing, Hip- hop, street dance and dancehall. I love watching movies regarding dance, for example, Step – up, Save the last dance, Honey, to name few. I also love watching dance videos on Youtube Channels in the likes of Aliya Jannell, Jersey Maniscalco, WildBeast.

Welcome to my blog. My name is Sonia Seivwright and I live in Sunny Aberdeen, Scotland. I am a blogger, Content Creator, an Author, a YouTuber and a single parent. I have always considered writing as one of my strongest strength, and it has been a way to express myself better. Single parenting is very hard but it is rewarding. There has been a lot of changes in my life since becoming a mother and there is so much more to come.
